By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service in the agreement below.

Any blatant infraction or offense to these terms will have your commission cancelled and a full or partial refund depending on completion status of said commission.

.✦ ݁˖ general ⊹ ࣪ ˖

• By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

• Commissioner must be 18 years or older.

• I withhold the right to refuse and/or refund a commission for any reason.

• I withhold the right to stop work or cancel commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

• Under no circumstances can my art be used for AI training, NFT, blockchain, and/or crypto purposes.

• You may not have another artist edit and/or "finish" my artwork without my explicit permission.
Final product may be resized and/or cropped to create icons, wallpapers, and/or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

• If you do not approve WIPs within 48 hours your commission will be put on hold, and my promised turnaround time will no longer apply.

• I will not make edits after WIPs are approved.

• Final product will be sent for approval before being posted publicly. If I do not receive a reply within 7 days' work will be considered completed and posted, no edits and/or refunds will be possible after this point.

• Final product may only be reposted by commissioner with full credit and watermark.
The only exception to this term is if the artwork contains character(s) belonging to another person and/or was a gift.

.✦ ݁˖ I WILL draw... ⊹ ࣪ ˖

• Humans or humanoid characters, this includes but is not limited to: nekomimis, kemonomimis, closed species, aliens, etc.

• Anthropomorphic and feral animals and/or creatures, this includes but is not limited to: closed species, alien like creatures, etc.

• In order to prove you have read these Terms of Service please end your commission request with stating that my favorite movie is Howl's Moving Castle.

• Gore and/or candy gore

• Mechs, vehicles, and/or anything similar

• Any kink and/or fetish
I am not, nor will I ever be, a kink shamer and I enjoy attempting to draw things outside of my comfort zone however some kinks I just will not/cannot draw.
Therefore, please ask if you believe what you are requesting be drawn is out of the norm.

• Nazi and/or Nazi paraphernalia
This includes artwork pertaining to the Alt Furries and Furry Raiders.

• Pornographic artwork for anyone knowingly under the age of 18 years old,
CSAM/CSEM materials.

• Any type of sexual artwork depicting my personal sona(s) with any other character(s) but my partner’s sona(s).

•Feces and/or vomit in sexual, kink, and/or fetish manner.

.✦ ݁˖ additional payment & fees ⊹ ࣪ ˖

• Please include visually clear references and/or descriptions, references that are unclear and/or lacking details will be subjected to a "new character" or "shaded reference" fee of $35.00 USD.

• Artwork depicting multiple character(s) will be subjected to an "extra character" fee of $15.00 USD per character.
Two characters and/or couples art will not be subjected to this fee.

• Artwork depicting detail heavy backgrounds and/or scenes will be subjected to a fee of $35.00 USD.

• Artwork depicting NSFW themes (such as sex, extreme violence, drug use and/or abuse, suicide and/or other traumatic themes) will be subjected to a fee of $50.00 USD.
SFW alternate versions of commission(s) will be provided upon purchase of NSFW commission(s) if possible.

• Expedited artwork will be subjected to a fee of +50% of total commission price, will be max 7-day turnaround.
+100% of total commission price for 3 days, not always available.

.✦ ݁˖ cancellations & refunds ⊹ ࣪ ˖

• A full refund will only be issued if cancellation occurs before artwork has started and/or I have personally cancelled your commission.

• A refund later in the process will be given in a percentage depending on how much progress has been made on the artwork.

• A refund will not be given for completed artwork under any circumstances.

• Final product will deliver within 14 days, unless specified otherwise, of receiving payment.
If commission is not completed within this timeframe a full or partial refund will be issued.
